- Your Audi's care package began a long time ago, with the Audi Advanced Apprentice Programme.
- We take the brightest and most motivated school leavers we can find and invest heavily in their training, so they are up-to-date with the latest technological advances and our own high standard of customer service.
- Apprentices can specialize in one of two areas; service technician and parts adviser.
- Service technicians learn everything from using the latest diagnostic equipment to completing full component overhauls.
- Parts advisers are taught to develop their technical, IT and people skills to assist the Service and Vehicle Sales Departments and ensure effective team performance.
- All Apprentices are trained on the job, but also attend residential courses at our dedicated Apprentice Training Centre, where they are instructed by our own technical trainers.
- After successful completion of the training, Apprentices can enroll on the Audi Qualification Route to become either a Master Technician or Specialist.
- We only take on Apprentices who share our passion for the Audi brand. This helps ensure we consistently produce some of the most highly skilled and motivated people in the business.
